We're a class act...

We work in partnership with the world-leading group fitness brand Les Mills to give our members the best. Our 2 dedicated fitness studios host an extensive timetable of both instructor-led and virtual group exercise classes, both scheduled and ‘on-demand’ slots are available for the ultimate convenience.

Our specialised Group Cycle studio also offers virtual Les Mills RPM on demand.

Our brand new concept class TEMPO combines functional training with target-driven group exercise formats, enabling participants to compete ‘for time’ against themselves in ‘SOLOS’, against other pairs of training buddies in ‘DUELS’, or as a bigger team of 3 in ‘SQUADS’. Why not give it a go?

Warm Up, Cool Down

Maximise your workout

This unique space in our gym can be used for either warm-up or recovery.

Here at Just Fitness by Bannatyne, we understand the importance of warming up and cooling down before each workout. 

Warming up increases your heart rate and blood flow. This enables more oxygen to reach your muscles and reduces muscle soreness and lessens your risk of injury. Cooling down after your workout gives your body the optimum opportunity to gradually recover your heart rate and blood pressure while reducing the build-up of lactic acid.

We offer free-to-use TRX suspension trainers, Power Plates and plenty of space to stretch. 

In addition, Power Plate massage guns and massage chairs are available to hire at a low cost.
